The $99 payment is due in full on the day of service.
If you choose to use dental insurance, your insurance benefits may be applied toward the visit; however, any copayments, deductibles, or balances up to $99 must be paid at the time of service.
This offer includes: comprehensive evaluation (D0150), CBCT (pano) (D0330), bitewing X-rays (D0274), and oral cancer screening (D0431).
Not valid for patients with outstanding balances or in combination with other offers or discounts.
